As part of the monthly rent, each resident at The Marque is guaranteed at least one parking space in the parking lots surrounding the building. outdoor covered parking and indoor garage parking is available for a nominal monthly fee.

| Is The Marque handicapped accessible? |

Yes, The Marque at Heritage Hunt meets and exceeds all federal requirements and guidelines for handicapped accessibility as established by the Fair Housing Act and the American with Disabilities Act. Additionally, our apartments have been designed for your current and changing needs with a full range of Universal Design features including wider doorways, lower light switches, higher countertops, safety bars and much more. We do not permit discrimination against residents with disabilities.

| What kind of security does The Marque offer? |

The Marque is a controlled access building. Only the residents, their guests and our staff will have immediate access to the building. Optional security systems are available in the apartment at a reasonable monthly charge.

| What happens to my deposit if my plans change prior to moving in? |
 |
If at any time prior to lease signing you should decide that a luxury lifestyle at The Marque is not for you, your entire deposit will be refunded.

| Are Pets Allowed? |
 |
Yes, small, domesticated pets are allowed in the community for a small additional monthly fee. It is the responsibility of the resident to provide proper care for the pet and ensure that the pet does not interfere with the other residents' enjoyment of the community.

| Can you defer your rent? |
 |
Yes. Our Deferred Rent program allows a prospective renter to move into The Marque while their house is on the market. The renter can live at The Marque without paying rent for up to 6 months while they wait for their house to sell. After their house sells, then they owe whatever rent was unpaid while they waited for that sale. If their house does not sell, then they owe back rent for however many months they were at The Marque. This is a good option for someone who owns their home outright.
